I'm trying to label all of my unused computer cords. What does this one do? - computer cords

It is pink. One end looks like the end of a TV antenna (with the pen in the center, which connects a TV). The other end divided by two strings are similar to a wire antenna to the radio the old school. Is this some kind of antenna? Why do I need? My WLAN works without it.
